the package was delivered, still no reply from Luminox customer support though.

i have ordered a Luminox 3252.bo from Luminox USA on 23rd of December 2017, no shipping information was provided in checkout, since then i received several emails stating the importance of their customer satisfaction and an email asking for my feedback. i have replied to each one and tried the support email.

its been 10 days now, the status on their website is still: "Your order is confirmed We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready.

Come back to this page for updates on your order status." no reply nor any information was offered, cant even cancel the order if no one is answering on the other side. overall $700 disappointed and not sure if ill even get my order.

Review about: Luminox Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $700.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service shipping information shipping.
